We’ve Launched!

After months of visioning, building and gathering input from brilliant people around the world — The Success Studio is officially live.

Our NYC and Stockholm launch brunches brought together inspiring women who showed up with intention, curiosity and a deep desire for something more. These events weren’t just celebrations — they were powerful reminders of what’s possible when ambitious women come together to reflect, reconnect and reimagine success on their own terms.

This week, we welcomed our very first cohort into The Green Room, our membership community designed for women in midlife who are ready to step into a new chapter with clarity and courage. Together, we’re embarking on a 90-day journey called:

The Self-Portrait Series: Painting a Life in Alignment.

It’s all about tuning in, stripping away the “shoulds,” and building a life that reflects who you really are — not just who the world expects you to be. Through biweekly coaching circles, member-led conversations and a members-only workshop on May 22, we’re creating space for deep reflection, authentic connection and aligned action. (We’ll pause in July to honor summer rhythms and return refreshed.)

There are just two founding memberships left in each city — if you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your sign.

But The Success Studio is more than a community. It’s a platform for transformation.

In addition to The Green Room, we offer workshops for organizations that want to go deeper into culture, communication and values alignment. From leadership retreats to team sessions on courageous communication, we help companies bring clarity and cohesion to their mission — by starting with the people at the heart of it.

Because success, whether individual or collective, doesn’t have to come at the cost of well-being, creativity or joy.

So here we are — launched, rooted and ready.
