Relaxed, real, and way more fun than your average networking event. Our happy hours are a chance to connect with inspiring women, swap stories, and share a toast to life, work, and everything in between. No name tags, no pressure—just good conversation and great company.

With 18 years of experience in the NYC real estate market, Courtney has built a thriving career at Cooper & Cooper, a mission-driven firm she’s helped grow from a small office into a respected name trusted by clients like Amazon, Meta, BCG, and Morgan Stanley. Known for her strategic thinking and people-first approach, Courtney has learned that while systems matter, it's human connection that truly drives lasting success.
That belief led to the creation of The Success Studio—a space where ambition meets intention, and where individuals and organizations come to grow in ways that feel aligned, energizing, and sustainable. Through curated events, workshops, and culture consulting, she helps others lead more thoughtfully, collaborate more meaningfully, and build momentum that lasts.
As a Certified Professional Life Coach and NYU-trained psychology student, Courtney brings joy, clarity, and empathy to everything she does. She’s passionate about helping people reconnect to their core values and create lives and careers that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.
